This major provides skills and knowledge in agribusiness marketing and management but also provides sufficient grounding in technical subjects such as crop and pasture production, soils and animal production to enable them to interpret and apply new information as it becomes available. Graduates mainly gain employment in marketing and management roles in agribusiness organisations that provide inputs and services to agricultural industries, such as - financial institutions, rural media companies, farm lobby groups, research and development, agricultural consultants, exporters, fertiliser and merchandise companies.
