This course will be of interest to graduates in professions in Australia or the Asia-Pacific region which involve contact with people of diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
In addition to the University's standard entry requirements, applicants are required to have a bachelor degree or equivalent.
Applications for recognition of prior learning are assessed on an individual basis.
The fee-paying course is of two semesters full-time or equivalent part-time study.
Students complete eight optional units in Intercultural Communication. Students may substitute Language Project 500 for two units, or may substitute up to two language units.
Students may be expected to purchase a number of textbooks, readers and other essential study materials.
