Syllabus:

Procedure and drafting - local court action for debt and damages, Small Claims Tribunal, commercial arbitration. Rules of evidence. Court procedure. Drafting principles. Employment contracts. Log of claims and awards. Preparing forms and comprehending regulations under the Acts.
 

Unit Outcomes:

On successful completion of this unit students will have- Understood the process in tribunals. Understood the rules of evidence. Understanding of how to construct read and apply various legal documents. Understanding of how to prepare court forms and read and apply regulations.
