Syllabus: | Procedure - local court action for debt and damages, Small Claims Tribunal, commercial arbitration. Rules of evidence - court procedure. Conveyancing - sale of land, leasing, mortgages, bills of sale, partnerships, corporations, trusts and tax planning. |
