Syllabus:Procedure - local court action for debt and damages, Small Claims Tribunal, commercial arbitration. Rules of evidence - court procedure. Conveyancing - sale of land, leasing, mortgages, bills of sale, partnerships, corporations, trusts and tax planning.
 
Unit Outcomes: On successful ompletion of this unit students will have- Understood local court procedure. Understood rules of evidence. Understanding of how to read and apply various commercial documents.
