Syllabus:

The use of a relevant project management software package. Project selection, structure, organisation and approaches to planning and control.
 

Unit Outcomes:

On successful completion of this unit, students will have - An ability to manage a small information systems project. Participated effectively in a project team. An ability to apply appropriate project management software.
