Syllabus: |
The undertaking of a project of value to the business community. The business community is broadly defined and encompasses private, public and community based organisations. Further development of business and leadership skills in context. Projects reflect the opportunity to experience leadership in action and extend skills in less familiar business roles. A high standard of academic rigor is required to integrate and reflect upon theories of management and leadership. The capstone leadership project is designed and sourced as part of Transformative Business Development 610. |
