Syllabus: |
Provides the skills and theoretical framework from which students are enabled to complete the Capstone Leadership Project of the MLM. Student groups select a Capstone project of value to the community and use the unit to prepare for the successful completion of the project. Facilitates learning in the areas of consulting, consulting relationships, project management, peer coaching and research methods. Students will have opportunities to reflect on the process of leadership and management in relation tothe project and the application of their learning in the MLM to the Capstone Leadership Project. |
