Syllabus:	Examines specific aspects of Australian literature, combining cultural studies and historical perspectives in exploring representation and identity of Aboriginal, colonial, modern and diasporic literary writing. Students will have the opportunity to undertake research into specific Australian literary themes, authors, genres and issues of identity as part of their assessment.
