Syllabus:

Marketing and government in global, political, economic, social and organisational contexts. Developing research techniques and skills in analysis. Enhancing verbal presentation and collegial teamwork skills. Forms of government and public/private sector differences. The influence of marketing on politics, policy processes and democratic processes. Marketing public services, customer service issues and critiques of public sector marketing.
