Syllabus:

The property development process - site selection, market research, finance, constraints, marketing, occupation costs, property management. Interactive case studies on project management in high rise construction. The objectives of project management, procurement methods, design management, builder selection techniques, project planning control techniques, claims and dispute management, negotiation techniques and partnering.
