Syllabus: |
Conducted in conjunction with an equivalent Construction Management and Economics unit. Students from both departments will be interacting by acting in roles of architect, contractor and quantity surveyor. The lecturers will act as clients. Students willundertake a two-part assignment requiring them to act as architects, designing and documenting a variation to a building under construction and incorporating the variation in the building contract. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
