Exploration of current nutritional issues associated with the clinical setting - metabolic responses to trauma, hospital malnutrition, screening those at risk of poor nutritional status, outcomes of nutritional support, food/nutrient and medication interactions - with lifestyle diseases - diabetes, coronary heart disease and cancer, and with infants. |
