Syllabus:	Organisational research concepts and techniques necessary for research in the competitve business environment. The major focus is on research methods including qualitative and quantitative/constructivist paradigm. Development of skills with new technologies in research design and data analysis. Practical examples of applying research methods to business contexts. Introduction to research bibliography software.
