Syllabus:

Information systems - information management, systems concepts, information systems within an organisation. Computer systems - hardware, operating systems, application and end-user software, office technology, networks and communications. Management of information systems - data processing systems, office automation, decision support systems, introduction to the development, implementation and management of information systems. Office application software. Security, privacy and ethical issues.
