The Australian wine industry has expanded rapidly in the last decade. While the demand for wine makers and viticulturists is being met by science courses, agribusiness graduates with an understanding of production viticulture will be required by industry as it looks to further market the wine that is produced. This course enables students to extend their knowledge of current academic research methodology as it is applied to viticultural management and demonstrate their advanced knowledge and skills through the conduct of a supervised research project and preparation of an honours dissertation.
