Syllabus: | Selectively considers a variety of concepts, practices, and issues associated with the application of strategy in the area of human resource management. |

Unit Outcomes: | On successful completion of this unit, students will have - An understanding of concepts and practices associated with Human Resource Management and strategy implementation in relation to organisational strategy. Identified, analysed and discussed Human Resource Management strategies and their likely impact on the workplace. Applied concepts and theories of Human Resource Management strategies to their own organisations. |
