Syllabus:

Focuses on cinema and traces its development as a significant part of our social lives. Builds on the knowledge students already have and develops a comprehensive approach to film studies by engaging with the major areas of scholarship in this subject.
 

Unit Outcomes:

On successful completion of this unit students will have -Built on existing knowledge and developed a comprehensive approach to film studies by engaging with the major areas of scholarship in this subject.
