Syllabus: | A project based technical introduction to the use, control and operation of 35mm photographic still film camera systems, in both outside location and studio environments. Investigation of the process of producing ' design photography', in recognition that the medium of photography is a core area of study and investigation within design practice and education. |

Unit Outcomes: | On successful completion of this unit students will have - Developed introductory critique skills towards the analysis of Photographs and the medium of Photography. Developed introductory Studio Lightning Photography skills. Developed introductory technical understanding towards the operation of 35mm cameras. Developed introductory technical skills in the production of the Photographic images in a variety of locations and lighting conditions. |
