Unit Outcomes: | This unit is structured for non-lawyers. On successful completion of this unit students will have - A general introduction to law and how it applies to the travel and tourism industry. An understanding of legal issues that may arise and how people in thetravel industry can recognise and avoid legal problems. An understanding of areas in law such as contract law, consumer rights and complaints, employment, legal regulation of the travel industry and civil and criminal liability of people working in the travel and tourism industry |
