Syllabus:

Designed to provide an understanding of the major areas of law confronting managers. Legislative and common law regulations.
 

Unit Outcomes:

On successful completion of this unit, students will have - A general introduction to the law. A detailed examination of the law of contract and some other commercially relevant areas of law such as negligence, trade practices, sale of goods and agency.
