Syllabus: | Introduction to industry level requirement of skills and knowledge aspects as they relate to the practice of Transport design. Tuition is studio orientated using project based design problems. Emphasis is placed on technical skill and use of technology. |

Unit Outcomes: | On successful completion of this unit, students will be able to - Establish a framework of enquiry that generates ideas and solutions. Examine in detail the processes of communication, creativity and design for the purpose of understanding their inter-relationship. Promote the processes of discovery, experimentation and invention within a heuristically orientated framework. Develop the understanding of visual language and its application. Develop analytical, visual and verbal communication skills. |
