Syllabus: | Examination of different sampling strategies and techniques for grade control and resource estimation, including both classical and geostatistical methods of resource calculation. |

Unit Outcomes: | On successful completion of this unit, students will have become familiar with sampling theory, protocols and techniques and the ability to understand how sampling strategies affect resource estimation. |
