Syllabus:

Examination of legal issues relating to administration. Sources of law, contract, concepts of negligence, insurance, vicarious liability, consumer protection legislation and business organisations.
 

Unit Outcomes:

On successful completion of this unit students will be able to identify legal issues relating to administration. To understand the legal issues relating to administration. To apply the law to administrative situations.
