Syllabus:

Current issues in global marketing, emphasis on the social aspects of behaviour and how they affect the global marketing process. Global consumer behaviour, marketing segmentation and advertising. Principles discussed apply equally to large and small firms, marketing consumer and industrial products and services, and operating in any geographic region.
 

Unit Outcomes:

On successful completion of this unit students will have- Critically evaluated the key issues in international marketing. Examined how international marketing contributes to overall strategy. Provided a framework of the role of international marketing. Linked the theoretical and practical tenets of international marketing.
