Syllabus: | This project models an intervention process which embodies processes of observation/evaluation, reflection and feedback into the continuing process of managing for diversity. Students develop competencies in influencing others, facilitation, problem solving, negotiation and knowledge of evaluative mechanisms and setting performance indicators. Focuses on skills and knowledge development, action research methodology, managing diversity within an organisation and developing action plans. |
