Syllabus: | A continuing unit in the Korean language at an advanced-intermediate level. Communicative oriented which offers further training in aural comprehension and conversation involving increased vocabulary, functions and situations using interactive activitiesand audio-visual materials. Develops reading and writing skills at a higher level using some authentic materials. Covers the Korean culture for an understanding of modern Korean society and it's people. |

Unit Outcomes: | On successful completion of this unit, students will have - The ability to read Korean with fluency and comprehend various reading materials. Understood and articulated the Korean grammar. Written notes, letters and journal in hangul. Conversed in Koreanwithin a range of situations using active vocabulary of around 2,000 words. Developed an understanding of the Korean culture and contemporary Korean society relating to the topics covered. |
