Syllabus:

World business and international law. International agreements and contracts. International business practices. Payment in International trade. Insurance. The World Trade Organisation. Resolution of international trade disputes.
 

Unit Outcomes:

On successful completion of this unit, students will have - Understood the regulation of business transactions on an international level. Been introduced to the legal regime which governs - the international sale of goods, carriage of goods, payment in international trade, insurance and dispute resolution in international trade.
