Syllabus: | A capstone unit that introduces a range of topics related to business strategy. It covers internal and external drivers of strategy allowing students to develop a comprehensive understanding of the strategy process in relation to both business and corporate level strategy. Covers both strategy formulation and implementation. Taught primarily through the use of case studies, there is a significant emphasis on managing in turbulent and internationally focused environments. |

Unit Outcomes: | The primary aim of this unit is to provide the context in which students might develop their strategic awareness, their strategic thinking abilities and their strategic management skills. |
