Introduction

This course is designed for graduates who wish to enhance their knowledge in the mathematical or science areas. It provides fundamental concepts and develops analytical and problem solving skills. This course may be especially attractive to secondary mathematics and science teachers wishing to obtain a deeper understanding in one or more areas, appropriate for teaching at upper secondary level. This course can only be undertaken on a part time basis.

Course Entry Requirements/Prerequisites

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognised tertiary educational institution. At least one TEE Science subject and one TEE Mathematics subject or equivalent.

Recognition of Prior Learning

Applications for recognition of prior learning are assessed on an individual basis.

Duration and Availability

This course is of two years duration, part-time only.
