Biology and economic significance of important weeds, diseases, and insects of horticultural crops or amenity plantings. Explores chemical, biological and integrated pest, disease and weed management. Toxicological, environmental and safe handling aspects of pesticide use. Pesticide application technology. The statistics component of this unit will cover comparison of means and non-parametric analysis of data.
