Introduction

This course is designed for those wanting to develop accounting skills to assist in preparing themselves for professional level examinations for national and international professional bodies. It examines advanced management accounting, financial accounting and auditing issues and assists in developing the investigative and analytical skills of students wanting an international career in accounting.

Course Entry Requirements

This course is available to applicants who have a Bachelor degree, or equivalent, or relevant work experience. Applicants must also have completed the fundamental exams for the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, or any equivalent organisation,and intend studying to pass the professional level exams. They must meet the English requirements for entry into a Curtin graduate course.

Intermediate Awards 1

A student who has successfully completed the requirements of an approved intermediate award may apply for graduation in that award subject to approval of Head of School/Department. Fees apply. Intermediate award(s) approved for this course are:
