Syllabus:	Provide a broad understanding of chain management concepts. Topics include: mapping of chain product flows, information systems and processes, chain analysis, performance evaluation, change management, outsourcing, logistics, distribution channel and partner selection, forecasting, inventory management, and relationship management. An agribusiness chain of the student's choice is studied in greater depth.
