Strategic, managerial, and organisational challenges of maintaining short-term excellence whilst striving for long-term strategic innovation and change. The role of managers and senior teams in building organisational frameworks to compete within an international setting constantly being transformed by new technologies is closely investigated via real-life case studies. Moreover, as innovative practices require a level of organisational change, a strong focus will be on the practicality of managing such change. Incorporation of literature from various business disciplines to acquire a framework that is relevant to both private and public sector organisations working within an international setting. |
