| Provides a theoretical framework and develops appropriate research and writing skills to enable students to locate their practice as artists within the larger context of cultural theory. It explores the theoretical issues that inform contemporary art, writing and criticism. Students are encouraged to develop skills in creating written texts suitable for publication. |
