Introduction
This major provides the theoretical basis of the management of aquaculture, seafood processing and Agribusiness. Students choose options in fish, crustacean, mollusc aquaculture and a combination of technical, management and marketing units. The curriculum offers an agribusiness systems base and a generalised learning program where emphasis is placed on the development of analytical, management, leadership, communication, information literacy, teamwork and cross-cultural skills.
