305898 v.1 Human Biology Major

Introduction

This major provides integrated studies in human biology with emphasis on applied human structure and function. It facilitates the development of laboratory skills and an understanding of scientific process. Graduates are able to access and critically evaluate scientific literature and are accomplished oral and written communicators. This degree leads into interesting professions in health-related research and education, both in Australia and overseas. It also provides an excellent base degree for graduate entry masters programs in many disciplines including medical science, forensic science, environmental science, and other allied health areas.
