Supervision is an essential component of reflective practice. Designed for supervisees and considers the purposes and practices of supervision, the responsibilities of supervisor and supervisee, and the negotiation of supervision contracts. It assists supervisees to develop an ongoing learning approach that enhances skills and knowledge. A self-awareness weekend is included in this unit. |
