Syllabus: |
Reflective practice, cultural perspectives of women's health, client, community education, counselling, and advocacy. Breast and cervical cancer, family planning, sexual health, maternal health. Physiological and psychological changes associated with pregnancy, postpartum, teenage pregnancy and menopause. Women's health screening, assessments and investigations, breast examination, Papanicolaou smears and interpretation of laboratory reports. |
