Syllabus:

Evaluation of theories on a combination of scientific rationale and an empirical approach to physiotherapy practice. The clinical reasoning process critically examines clinicians' existing belief systems, encourages critical inquiry and facilitates hypothetico-deductive and inductive strategies. The processes used include pattern recognition and hypotheses testing, factors influencing clinical decision making, errors of reasoning and reflective clinical practice.
