Selection of project, indigenous ways of working, used for entry and negotiation for project commencement. Factors and issues, identifying signposts for successful planning. Obtaining initial and ongoing support within and external to the organisation. Project resources, procurement of human and capital resources. Forecasting of budget and personnel details with their role in planning. Project evaluation - developing criteria according to project goals and objectives. |
