Syllabus: |
Clinical dental hygiene practice including patient assessment, preventive and treatment procedures. Patient information, treatment plans, referrals, consultations. Periodontology - routine care and approaches to managing complicated cases, dressings, suture removal. Dental trauma, mouthguards. Dental photography. Orthodontics - assessment, instruments and materials, care of appliances, banding and debanding procedures. |
