Introduction to Human Communication Science. Psycholinguistic models of normal language and speech. Speech Science. Pragmatic and sociological factors affecting human communication. Development of communication, language and speech across the lifespan. Interacting with people of different ages and cultures to obtain representative samples of communication. Standardised clinical and research procedures for analysing and interpreting different parameters of communication. |
