Syllabus: |
Podology - forefoot pathologies including Hallux Valgus, Hallux Limitus, trigger toe, lesser toe deformity. Whole foot deformity, including Pes Planus, Talipes, Pes Cavus. Metarasalgia and allied conditions. Simple treatment and management of the above conditions. Clinical - basic instrument skills. Patient management, interviewing skill development. Record keeping POMR, ADTAR and SOAP approaches. Medical legal implications of patient treatment. Clinical audit and review. |
