The process of redevelopment as applied to existing urban areas as well as new 'greenfield' sites. Methods and concepts from the spheres of urban design and community consultation and consideration of the economic, environmental and social context. Perspectives form practitioners in the public and private sectors working on major development projects. Incentives, control and assessment in the life cycle of substantial urban change initiatives. Collaboration with a planning and development agency in the assessment of a case study. |
