Cost and values of quality, company structure policies and objectives, engineering designs and specifications, contractor relations, client relations, measurement of quality, quality documentation, communications reporting and data processing, control ofnon-compliances, non-destructive testing, quality measurement and auditing, quality improvement, case studies.
