Local anaesthetics. General anaesthetics. Opioid analgesics and antagonists. Drugs affecting renal and cardiovascular function, blood platelet aggregation, thrombus function and lipoprotein metabolism. Drugs affecting gastrointestinal function and hormone systems. Anti-craving drugs. Critical evaluation of published clinical trials. Physiological pharmacokinetic models. Renal and hepatic disease. Clinical pharmacokinetics of specific drugs. |
