Separation and analysis of cell populations. Uses of monoclonal antibodies and cytofluorography. Molecular biology of antigens, antibodies, immune responses and immune regulation. Complement. Histocompatibility and the functional importance of the MHC. Immune mechanisms of tissue damage. Immunoassays and blotting methods. Immunological diseases and their diagnosis.
