Syllabus: | Advanced theory and practice of scriptwriting. In a variety of genres offered - stage, radio, film, or television, dependent on the availability of staff. Individual, work and critical workshop discussion. |

Unit Outcomes: | On successful completion of this unit, students will have- An understanding of advanced theory and practice of scriptwriting. Examined representative scripts that illustrate advanced elements of the script writer's craft. Engaged in scriptwriting exercises designed to develop advanced skills. Discussed scripts in workshops as they progress through the drafting process. Developed a potentially producible short script. |
