Syllabus: | Thematic approach to the study of international industrial relations, examination of a number of areas of relevance, such as the role of work, MNCs, child labour, bargaining, the ILO and the OLE of the key actors within the industrial relationship. |

Unit Outcomes: | On successful completion of this unit students will have - Understanding of the main themes of industrial relations systems in a number of market economies. Developed a greater understanding of the forces acting on the various countries. Analysed currentissues affecting the industrial relations aspects of a number of countries. |
